This means being on time for our appointments, listening to your needs, and delivering high quality work.  DW Dunn will respond to any emergency or breakdown situation with same day and rapid response service, with priority given to those vulnerable within our community. For those vulnerable in our community, we offer free advice on products to meet their requirements.  Customer service measures include quotations without obligation within a week, client comment cards, daily on-site quality checks and an excellent aftercare service.

To our staff, DW Dunn is committed to providing training and to investing in the skills needed to ensure our customers benefit from the high quality of work that we provide.  DW Dunn runs an apprentice scheme and as an accredited ‘FSB’ we recognise the importance of a commitment to training, skills development, motivation and outstanding customer service.

To our community, DW Dunn is a third generation family business committed to the community in which we live and work.  The company has developed and sustained outstanding relationships with many local businesses and suppliers.  In 2004 the company won the prestigious Small Business of the Year Award. DW Dunn is highly supported by the Regional Development Agency who promote good business practice in the South West, and is the first plumbing and heating business in the South West to win such an award.

To the environment, DW Dunn Ltd are very conscious about their carbon footprint. Consequently they try to recycle all materials. They are currently implementing their own environmental policy involving an in-house recycling centre, updating their offices improving their environment to a more appropriate eco-friendly one, and revising their priorities when purchasing.

• Our staff all wear clean company uniform and will arrive at your property in a clean, sign-written van carrying our highly recognisable livery.
• Our staff are fully qualified in their respective trades.
• All our staff carry company identification cards with a recent photograph at all times, and are happy for you to inspect their cards at any time.
• Customer information and other records are dealt strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
• Under no circumstances will any customer's details be shared, sold, or in any way passed on to any third party.
