GAS BOILER SERVICE: NON CONDENSING CONDENSING	£62.00 + VAT. £66.00 + VAT.	*
OIL BOILER SERVICE: NON CONDENSING CONDENSING	£75.00 + VAT. £90.00 + VAT.	*
GAS SAFE CERTIFICATE	£66.00 + VAT Per boiler. £25.00 + VAT Per extra appliance.

Hourly Rates:

There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to 20% VAT.

Fixed Price:

Our engineer will give a verbal or written quote if requested before work commences.
All quotations are subject to 20% VAT.

Estimates:

Estimates are available from our engineers or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to visit you.

Invoice:

An invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of work carried out.

Payment:

Payment must be made in full upon receipt.
