An established, privately owned, family company based in Ewen near Cirencester.

We cover the whole of the Cotswolds including Cirencester, Fairford, Lechlade, Cheltenham, Stroud, Malmesbury, and all Swindon Postcodes.

Our fully qualified plumbers, gas, and oil engineers provide the complete range of plumbing and heating services together with Kinetico Water Softener installation and maintenance. Serving the Cotswold area.

We look after private households, rental properties, holiday homes, stately homes and commercial/retail properties.

After having problems with our ageing Oil Boiler, we contacted DW Dunn to see if they could help. Their response was immediate and Andy came out and ran through our options. A formal quote followed quickly and Ian arrived to help sort an immediate... problem as well as giving further advice. We opted to have a new Boiler installed which was completed by Dan and Mark who both did the job very professionally and quickly.This is the first time we have used the Company and are very impressed with every aspect of their service. We will continue to use them for servicing and any other plumbing jobs which may arise.Highly recommended.read more

If the rest of Britain worked as well as Andy and his team we wouldn't be in the mess we're in. Dan, Dan & Tyler were exceptional. This was a very difficult installation and needed a practical, creative, aesthetic approach, they delivered on every... element. Always tidy, quick, technically superb and with good humour, and a bit of fun too. We've gone from an archaic, expensive (to run) boiler to a new, efficient, high tech system. Tim installed the Hive control system brilliantly, everything is now run from my phone, couldn't be happier. We chose DW Dunn due to the great job with a previous installation of a water softener last year, once again a huge success and although the outlay seems expensive, it has proved to be great value. We recently had a replacement water softener installed and a kitchen tap replaced. Despite some challenges these were all overcome with good humour and a positive attitude. A great job done. I would recommend Andy and the team at DW Dunn to everyone ?

Delivering a quality service is key to our success, which is why we believe in employing professional tradesman. Each of our engineers not only hold at least one nationally recognised qualification within the plumbing and heating industry but importantly, they hold a passion and enthusiasm for delivering the very best customer service. Our engineers are supported by our office team, with Sally looking after our finances.

35 years in the heating industry, experienced in gas, oil, renewables, and sales & specification. As MD, Andy specialises in customer service and retention.

Catherine has worked with us for 22 years as office manager. She keeps the office running smoothly and very much enjoys all the varied aspects of the business.

Lucy joined us in 2014 as an administrator. She now assists in managing the office. She prides herself in delivering fantastic customer service.

Sally joined the company in 2018 as Finance Manager. Along with the daily financial running of the business, she has assisted in implementing new business systems.
